Oklahoma - A newly released audit of Oklahoma's largest ambulance service has turned up some big problems.
The audit indicates the agency's director spent money on trips to a spa, a special American airlines membership and several lifetime subscriptions to satellite radio services.
The state's auditor and inspector says the CEO of the emergency medical services authority also received many reimbursements for questionable expenses.
Potential conflicts of interest, erroneous billing and collection practices were also examined during the audit.
