Trial date set for Geo inmate

Lawton,Okla_New information in a high-profile homicide that occurred at the Geo prison last year.
The trial date has been set for one of the inmates charged in the murder of 25 year old Sonny Limpy.

He was killed in a fight at the facility in June of last year. Jose Luis Garcia appeared in a Comanche County court Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to first degree murder.

His trial has been scheduled for next May. Prosecutors say Garcia was one of five inmates that used a makeshift knife to repeatedly stab Limpy. He was also one of three accused of inflicting the fatal wounds along with Ryan Ray Garcia and Armando Luna.
