Lawton,Okla_A Fort Sill soldier accused in a brutal home invasion, who was found mentally incompetent to stand trial back in october, will now be tried by a Comanche County judge.
Doctors found Richard Daly fit to stand trial back in December, and Daly waived his right to trial by jury Tuesday. Prosecutors say Daly and three other soldiers tied up six people and shot four in an apartment near 17th and C Ave. in September of 2011.
