Woman accused of fraudulently obtaining re-loadable cards has been arrested

Lawton, Okla_A woman accused of fraudulently obtaining Walmart re-loadable cards struck again. However this time she was caught. The woman arrested was the one in the tan jacket. She would not reveal her partner's name.
Police spotted the suspect inside a Tulsa Walmart, wearing the same outfit she had on when Lawton's Walmart surveillance video captured her on tape. Her name or charges have not been released.
