Wichita Falls- Police say they've arrested a murder suspect from Fort Worth following a brief standoff in Wichita Falls.
The department's swat team and negotiators surrounded an apartment on Central Freeway East after they got word 19-year-old Anthony Hoyer was there with a woman and an infant. Officers evacuated part of the complex during negotiations. They say Hoyer was arrested without incident a short time later.
Investigators have not released any details on why he was wanted, other than he had a murder warrant from Fort Worth.
