OKLAHOMA CITY Okla_ It could be at least a week until a jury is seated in the murder trial going on at the federal courthouse in Oklahoma City.

Former Fort Sill soldier, Private First Class Connell Williams is charged with killing 10-year-old Marcus Holloway by starving him to death. Prosecutors say Williams and the child's mother, Candice Holloway, deprived the boy of food for several months before he died.

Holloway has already pleaded guilty and plans to testify against Williams. Prosecutors are the asking for the death penalty.
