Oklahoma Drug and Alcohol Merger

Oklahoma - Oklahoma's Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs  may soon be merged with the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission. 

 

A pair of measures over the possible merge are scheduled to come before the state's senate public safety committee today.

The push for the merge is part of an effort by the republican-controlled legislature to streamline and ultimately reduce the cost of state government.
