Lawton police were called to investigate a stabbing at the Lawton Geo Prison Friday afternoon after an inmate was stabbed several times.
Police said inmate Michael Bearman was rushed to the hospital Friday afternoon around 1 p.m. after guards reported fellow inmate Timmy Whisenant stabbed him.
The cause of the fight and the condition of the victim is unknown.
