Lawton,Okla_A man accused of sexually assaulting a 12 year-old girl was sentenced in a Comanche County court today. Gregory Justus received 15 years with eight of them suspended.
He will have to serve the remaining seven years behind bars. Justus pleaded no contest in January to five felony charges, including lewd acts with a child under the age of sixteen.
He was living with the victim's family in Lawton where he had multiple sexual encounters with the child between July and August of 2011.
The district attorney recommended seven years and they agreed to drop two of the five charges in a plea agreement.
