Comanche Co. Man Sentenced in Pandering Case

COMANCHE CO., Okla_ A Comanche County man went before the judge Friday to face his sentence for pandering. He's accused of trying to get a 9-year-old girl to become prostitute.

26-year-old Brandon Pope walked up to the girl in Wal-Mart in February of last year, telling her mother the girl "was hot" and asking if could he pay money to spend time with the little girl.

Friday, the judge sentenced pope to 5 years with the Department of Corrections, all but 60 days suspended, 2-years supervision, as well as $1,000.
