Towing companies looking at longer response times

Amarillo, TX - If you do get stuck on the road in these bad conditions, towing companies are warning it may be several hours before help arrives due to the high number of calls.

We spoke with Ricky's Towing.  They tell us they they've already received upwards of 200 calls from stranded motorists on Monday.

People who remained with their vehicles have an estimated response time of two to three hours.

However, they warn people who stray from their vehicles may have to wait up to five or six hours to be towed.
