Stolen dogs investigation

Posted: Updated:

Comanche County, Okla._A tip on Facebook brings the Comanche County Sheriff's Department one step closer to nabbing a pair of suspected dog thieves.

According to reports, the victim told an investigator that someone had stolen two dogs off of her property on southeast Lee Boulevard some time last week.

The victim said she initially thought the dogs had wandered off, until a friend sent her a message on Facebook about the missing animals. She said her friend claimed she saw two Hispanic males in the MacArthur Park area last Thursday trying to sell the dogs.

The dogs are described as a 1-year-old brown-and-white male Pit Bull and 4-year-old dark-brown female Boxer.

If you have any information, please call the Sheriff's department, at 580 - 353 - 4282.
