Investigators Narrow Search for Officer-Involved Shooting Suspect

LAWTON Okla_ Investigators in charge of Wednesday's officer-involved shooting said they have narrowed their search for the suspect from the initial description of "black male wearing a black hoodie" and are now working with a name.

7News had initially been receiving conflicting reports about whether the suspect in Wednesday's shooting had actually been caught. 7News Reporter Claire Crouch has been monitoring that angle of the story from police headquarters.

They have not released the name of the person they are looking for, but they said they feel confident they are looking for the right guy. They said the suspect already has existing warrants for unrelated offenses.
