OTTAWA, Ontario, March 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Honourable Joe Oliver, Canada's Minister of Natural Resources, will deliver a keynote address at the IHS Cambridge Energy Research Associates' annual conference in Houston, Texas. He will discuss why Canada is a world class partner for jobs and the environment. The Minister will reinforce how cooperation with Canada contributes to jobs, economic growth energy security and environmental responsibility.

The media are also invited to join the Minister as he delivers remarks at the LyondellBasell Houston refinery. On the day of the visit, the refinery will process approximately 60,000 barrels of Canadian crude oil. The Minister will witness an example of the benefits Canadian energy is providing - jobs and growth on both sides of our shared border.
