City of Amarillo conducting health assessment survey

Amarillo, TX - You may get a phone call in the next couple of weeks asking about your personal health care needs.
It's part of an anonymous survey by the City of Amarillo, to gather data to help city leaders plan and prioritize the health care needs of the community as a whole.
The 15-minute survey will go out to randomly selected local land lines and mobile devices, and participants will never be asked to provide their name or any other personal information.
