For the 2nd year in a row the top basketball player in the Lone Star Conference wears a Cameron Aggie Uniform. Craig Foster was named the LSC's Player of the Year at Tuesday night's awards banquet.
Foster, a Lawton native, ranked in the top five in three different offensive categories. He led the league in assists, dishing out 5.9 per game. He was the conference's 4th leading scorer at just over 16.1 points per outing, and his two and a half three-pointers per game was good enough for 2nd in the conference. The junior guard helped lead CU to a 13-5 record in Lone Star play, their best mark in program history.
