UPDATE: Police Identify Homicide Victim

LAWTON, Okla._

Lawton police have identified Saturday's shooting victim as Lavonte Jackson.

Police said Jackson's body was found at a home, near 23rd Place and Evans, after police were called to a possible shooting victim around 6:30 p.m.

Police said Jackson was lying on the home's front porch with an apparent gunshot wound.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives remained on scene as of late Saturday night, processing it for evidence and questioning several people.

Police have not made any arrests.
