Lawton Police investigate three-car accident

Posted: Updated:

Lawton, Okla._A portion of northwest Cache Road was shut down for about an hour after three cars smashed into each other Wednesday night.

The driver of a red pickup truck said he was traveling east on Cache Rd. around 7:30 p.m. when he started to turn right onto 20th street. That's when he said he was hit from behind by a red dodge charger. But it didn't stop there. The driver said the impact from the charger sent him crashing into a white pickup truck that was waiting at the stop sign on 20th.

We're still waiting on the official accident report from Lawton Police. The drivers refused medical treatment. All three cars were towed.
