An Amarillo man is hospitalized Saturday after falling asleep behind the wheel and rolling his vehicle.
Officials say the man was on his way to work from Amarillo to the Conoco Phillips plant late Saturday afternoon on Highway 136.
About 25 miles outside of Amarillo, near the Alibates Flint Quarries, the man fell asleep while driving and rolled his vehicle several times off the road down into the ditch.
The Fritch Police Department, the Hutchinson County Sheriff's Office, and DPS troopers worked the scene.
