OU, OSU selected to NCAA Women's Tournament field

The run to New Orleans starts now. Monday night the field of 68 was set for the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament.

In the Norfolk Region we find the Oklahoma State Cowgirls. With a 21-10 overall record, OSU earned itself a seven-seed and will take on tenth-seeded DePaul out of the Big East.

That game will tip off Sunday at 1:30 pm. The winner will likely face Duke in the third round for a spot in the "Sweet 16."

Over in the Oklahoma City Region we find the Sooners. OU comes in as a 6-seed. The Sooners will battle MAC champion Central Michigan in their opening game.

That contest tips off Saturday at 10:10 am in Columbus, Ohio. The winner of that game will face the winner of the UCLA-Stetson match up in the third round.
