UPDATE: Man shot to death in Lawton

Lawton, Okla._ Lawton Police are investigating the city's third homicide of 2013.

We now know two men were shot Sunday night in the 700-block of SW Park and police tell us one of them died. Neighbors say they heard the shots ring out around 7:30 p.m. Detectives were on the scene for much of the night, but so far they have not released further details, including a possible motive and the victim's identity. We do know that nobody has been arrested.

We'll bring you the latest on the investigation when new information is released.

 ORIGINAL STORY

A homicide investigation is underway in Lawton after police say multiple shots rang out in a Lawton home.

Police were called to southwest 7th and Park around 7:30 Sunday night where police believe several people were shot. Police have confirmed one man dead and said they believe at least two others were shot, one of them also attacked by a dog.
No word if any arrests have been made or the motive for the shootings. Witnesses told Seven News they heard several people screaming a few seconds before gunshots rang out.
