Wrongful death lawsuit filed against driver

Lawton,Okla_New information in a bizarre wreck in southwest Lawton that killed a young mother last November. The victim's husband, Corey Williams, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the driver.

On November 29th, Kenneth Porter slammed into 26 year-old Jennifer Gadberry's car near SW 52nd Street and Malcolm Road. They say he became ill,  veered off the road, and hit her as he was swerving back onto the road. Porter was charged with reckless driving after the accident.

According to court records, Williams is asking for $300,000, half for himself and the other half for his daughter.
