Fugitive File: Manuel Guerra in custody

Miami, FL - Miami police have arrested a wanted fugitive featured on NewsChannel 10.

Manuel Guerra was arrested in Miami Florida for resisting officer without violence to his person.

He had warrants out of both Potter and Randall County for parole violation and bond surrender
charges.

Guerra has three DWI's on his record.
