Lawton, Okla._The suspect accused of gunning down a Lawton man last month pleaded not guilty in a Comanche County Courtroom Monday.
Robert Menard is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Gino Scott.
Court documents say, on March 24th, Menard held Scott at gunpoint and shot him in front of witnesses inside Scott's home.
Witnesses wrestled the gun away from Menard and held him until police arrived. Menard was also shot in both legs during the incident.
Menard's bond has been set at $200,000. His next court appearance is scheduled for the end of April.
