Domestic abuse victim arrested on drug and weapons charges

Lawton,Okla_A domestic abuse call in south Lawton ended with the victim being arrested on drug and weapons charges.  Lawton Police were called to this residence Tuesday after a witness reported seeing a man punch and kick a woman.

When officers got there, they recognized the couple from a previous domestic call.  In that incident, the victim had a loaded gun in her pocket.  The cautious officers asked her several times if she was armed and she said, no.

The victim finally showed a folding lock-blade knife that was clipped to her waistband, which the police took. They arrested the man for the assault, and handcuffed her for concealing a weapon.
But, when officers were booking the woman they found a marijuana pipe, among other drug related items on her.
