Amarillo, TX- An autopsy is ordered for one of the victim's in the Rounder's Club shooting.

Amarillo police say 29 year-old Sergio Rodriguez died from his injuries over the weekend. The Potter County District Attorney's office says they will present the deceased victim's case as a murder charge now to the grand jury.

Shooting suspect 27 year-old Brandon Greene will continue facing the other two charges: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A date has not been set yet for the jury, and there are no plans on changing the bond right now. Greene continues facing a $75,000 bond for each charge. NewsChannel 10 spoke with one of the shooting victim's brother, Irv Gomez. He says 21 year-old Alex Gomez is doing much better now and was released from the hospital.

32 year-old Jorge Rodriguez is now in stable condition. Amarillo detectives have now handed over the investigation to the Special Crimes Unit. They're trying to determine if a disagreement that took place inside Rounders Club is related to one that occurred outside in the parking lot Thursday morning.

They believe there are more witnesses that could help them draw a connection, if one exists. If you have any information, cell phone video, or pictures they ask you to call 378-9468. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you can call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 374-4400.

Rounder's Club employees say they will no longer have Hip Hop Nights on Wednesdays because of the shooting. Looking into police calls and reports made at the club, we found about 40 calls for disorderly behavior in the past three years. There have also been several assault and weapon calls at the club, some of which included injuries and shots being fired.
