Pre-K Enrollment Planned In Lawton On May 6

LAWTON Okla_ The Lawton Public Schools has scheduled an enrollment night for families who have children who will enter one of the district's pre-kindergarten programs this fall.

The enrollment session will take place in the cafeteria at Lawton High School from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, May 6. Students eligible for pre-K must be four years old on or before Sept. 1, 2013. Parents should bring the appropriate documentation to enroll their child, including official birth certificate or affidavit, immunization record, Social Security number and proof of residence. Families should park in the lot on the east side of the school and follow the signs on cafeteria entries.

Participating with LPS in the enrollment effort are its cooperative partners: Crossroads Head Start, the United Way Success By Six program, the Fort Sill preschool network, Creative Moments, Wonder Years and PlayCare, Inc.
