New civil lawsuit filed against Stanley Marsh 3

Amarillo, TX - A new civil lawsuit has been filed against Stanley Marsh 3.

This comes just weeks after he was indicted on criminal charges for sexual assaulting teens.

The new suit is being filed by a man claiming Marsh abused him when he was 16 years old, and then paid him 500 dollars to sign a confidentiality agreement when he was 18.

Marsh's attorney's confirmed that suit was filed Thursday in Potter County.
