4th Annual Breast Ride Ever

Posted: Updated:

LAWTON Okla_ 18 motorcycle riders took off Monday morning from Lawton for the hill country of Texas. It's the 4th Annual Breast Ride Ever, an event to raise awareness and money for breast cancer.

"The money raised goes to their treatment," Louanne Gibson said. "It personally goes to their hands for whatever they need from wigs, to paying babysitters, to transportation. We ride for fun also."

Gibson hails from Gainesville, Texas, but she joined the 17 others Monday at Lawton's Harley dealership for the start of Monday's ride. They'll travel to Fredericksburg, Texas, right in the heart of the state's hill country.

Here is the schedule for this year's ride:

Monday- Lawton to Fredericksburg through Wichita Falls, Graham, Goldthwaite.

Tuesday- Loop from Fredericksburg through Utopia, Medina, Boerne.  Plan to be at Javelina
Harley-Davidson, in Boerne, around 4:00-4:30 PM.

Wednesday- Willow City Loop in the morning. Blanco and Luckenbach in the afternoon.

Thursday- Twisted Sisters.

Friday- Leave Fredericksburg going to Ft. Worth Harley-Davidson

Saturday- Leave Ft. Worth to return to Lawton.

7News will keep a running slideshow of photograph updates as the riders and event participants send them in.
