Suspicious fire destroys vacant trailer home

Comanche County- A massive and suspicious trailer home fire that kept volunteer fire departments busy early Friday morning.

The fire broke out around 1:30 Friday morning near northeast 135th and Cache Road in eastern Comanche County. Dispatchers received a call from a neighbor that the vacant trailer was on fire. It was engulfed when fire crews arrived.

Emergency Management officials tell us it was destroyed. They also tell us the home has been vacant for years and had no utilities connected. Investigators are working to figure out how it started.
