Altus burn victim recants story, will not be charged

Altus, Okla._An Altus woman who said her boyfriend set her on fire and then recanted her story -- will not face any charges. Officials say she's already been through enough.

You'll remember, the woman told police last month that her boyfriend doused her with rubbing alcohol and threw a lit match at her because she couldn't operate a DVD player. She suffered burns on her neck and chest.

Police say they did question the woman's boyfriend but he was never arrested.

Senate Republicans are now considering two versions of similar legislation, one that would repeal and replace, and another that would simply repeal "Obamacare" with a two-year delay for implementation to give the Senate more time to agree on a replacement.
