4 Oklahomans Honored

Oklahoma_ Oklahomans honored four of their own who lost their lives overseas including an army officer from Lawton. The state honored 23 year-old Navy Sailor Eric Warren.  He was from the town of Shawnee.He died when an IED detonated while he served as a combat corpsman with a US Marine unit.

The state also honored 19 year-old Army Private Jon Townsend of Claremore who was killed during an insider attack. 26 year-old Army SSG Rex Schad also died in an insider attack in Afghanistan.

And finally, 26 year-old Army 1LT Brandon James Landrum was remembered Monday morning.

The Lawton native died earlier this month along with four others after their vehicle was hit by a road side bomb.  He left behind a wife and two children.
