Mandela Hospitalized

SOUTH AFRICA_Former South African leader Nelson Mandela is back in the hospital.

The Presidential Office says Mandela is in "serious but stable condition." The 94-year-old has a history of lung problems, dating back to his days as a political prisoner.

During his Apartheid imprisonment, he suffered from tuberculosis; over the years, he's battled respiratory infections.

Mandela has been hospitalized several times, recently. A statement from the Presidential Office in South Africa says doctors are doing everything they can to make Mandela better and to make him comfortable. He's able to breathe on his own.
