Lawton woman caught bringing drugs into prison

LAWTON,Okla_A Lawton woman caught giving drugs to an inmate she was visiting at Lawton's GEO Prison could be spending time behind bars herself. According to an affidavit, a prison guard saw Misty Booker holding a bag of chips under a table as she was visiting an inmate Sunday.

The guard approached her and asked for the bag. Inside it he found about an ounce of marijuana and some tobacco. When jailers searched Booker they found even more tobacco hidden inside of her body. If convicted, she could face up to five years in prison.
