Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

Posted: Updated:

LAWTON Okla_ A Lawton teenager has pleaded not guilty to gunning down a 17-year-old boy back in April.

Devin Fulner's charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 17-year-old Alec McGlory. Police found McGlory's body in the parking lot at the Gray Warr Apartment Complex on 82nd street on April 22nd. Officers arrested Fulner a little over a week later.

Investigators say Fulner and Kenshari Graham took drugs and a cell phone from McGlory before Graham shot him. Graham is also charged with murder.

Wednesday, Fulner waived his right to a preliminary hearing, meaning the 19-year-old will stand trial in September.
