Lawton Drug Bust

Lawton, Okla._A man and woman are behind bars, accused of dealing marijuana out of their Lawton apartment.

Lawton Police Special Operations Section along with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and a U.S. Marshal executed a search warrant at Byron Naputi's apartment on Southwest "G" Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

Inside, officers found just over an ounce of marijuana, digital scales, a large amount of cash and a firearm.

After that, officers searched Naputi's vehicle and found an even bigger stash of pot: 2 lbs and 5.3 oz of it.

Naputi was arrested for drug possession with intent to distribute among other charges. Another person who lived at the apartment -- Lesley Johnson -- was also arrested on drug charges.
