Suspected Teen Killer to Undergo Psych Evaluation

MARLOW Okla_ An attorney for a Marlow teenager charged with murdering a Duncan girl in June wants his client to undergo a mental evaluation.

Online court records show attorney Jim Berry filed the application and notice on 16-year-old Michael Ray's behalf Wednesday in Stephens County District Court.

Ray remains in the county jail without bond after prosecutors charged him with killing 14-year-old Alyssa Wiles in her bedroom. A 14-year-old boy is charged as accessory to murder in juvenile court.

Authorities say he served as a lookout for the crime.
