Amarillo, TX - The Amarillo Downtown Library is now offering free English language classes for the city's non-English speaking population.
The courses will cover reading, writing and speaking English, as well as focus on skills needed in everyday situations.
This year, the library is also offering U.S. citizenship classes to any resident who has not yet taken the test. Classes begin September 3rd, but you must sign up ahead of time.
The next chance to enroll is Monday August 26th, from 5:30 to 7:30 in the evening.
