Motorcycle toy run to benefit Ronald McDonald House

Posted: Updated:

Another all day event in Amarillo was geared at helping kids, especially those with medical needs who benefit from the services of the Ronald McDonald House.

Saturday, Tripp's Harley Davidson hosted a motorcycle Toy Run, benefiting the Ronald McDonald House in Amarillo.

All of the proceeds and toys raised Saturday will go to the house and children it serves while they or their families receive medical treatment. "We started talking to them about a year ago trying to find some different community to get involved with that we would like to help this year," said Jason Tripp with Tripp's Harley Davidson. "We try to spread it out and choose somebody different, and this year, we just chose them."

Currently, the Ronald McDonald house gives out more than 200 toys a month to children in hospitals.
