Sports Illustrated releases Part 3 of "Dirty Game" report about OSU football

It focues on drug allegations. The writers say players admitted to smoking marijuana before games. They quoted former linebacker Donnell Williams as saying "drugs are everywhere." The report says school officials largely ignored use by elite players but cast aside those deemed expendable.
