Pedestrian hit by car Friday morning in Lawton

LAWTON Okla_ A juvenile male was hit by a car while crossing a Lawton street Friday morning.

Police say the young man ran across Lee Boulevard in front of a car traveling east. They say the car couldn't stop in time and hit him. It happened near the intersection of 6th Street.

He's at Comanche County Memorial Hospital with head trauma and broken bones.
