Brothers Bound Over For Trial In Tulsa Case

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A judge in Tulsa says two brothers accused in a quadruple killing earlier this year should stand trial on first-degree murder charges.

James Poore and Cedric Poore were bound over for trial Friday on the seventh day of their preliminary hearing. The brothers are charged with first-degree murder in the January shooting deaths of 4 women at the Fairmont Terrace apartment complex.

Prosecutors alleged that the Poore brothers robbed the apartment, then shot the women so they wouldn't identify them.
