World's oldest man passes away

GRAND ISLAND, New York_Guinness World Records reports the world's oldest man has died. His name was Salustiano Sanchez-Blazquez, and he was 112.

A Guinness consultant said Sanchez-Blazquez died Friday at a nursing home in Grand Island, NY.

Sanchez-Blazquez became the world's oldest man when the previous title holder died in June at age 116.  

Sanchez-Blazquez was born in 1901, he had two children, seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
