Police Remain at 13th Homicide Crime Scene

LAWTON Okla_ Lawton police continue to investigate Lawton's 13th homicide.

Monday, police officers remain at the crime scene where the body of 36-year-old Claudine Marroquin was discovered buried in the home's back yard last week. Her husband David Baird remains in jail arrested for murder. Police have not released the crime scene.

Police say officers will continue to preserve the area until they're sure detectives have collected everything they need. Police plan to present their case to the district attorney sometime Tuesday.
