Amarillo man to serve 25 year prison sentence for child sexual assault

Amarillo, TX - A guilty verdict is handed down to an Amarillo man on charges of sexual assault of a child.

Following a 3-day trial a Potter County Jury found 41-year old Patrick Lemon guilty on 4 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first degree felony.

Lemon is ordered to serve 25 years in state prison and pay a fine.

The maximum penalty the jury was allowed to call for was life in prison.
