Science Fiction Film To Start Shooting In Okla.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A film produced by an Oklahoma City native is set to start filming in the state later this month.

The Oklahoma Film & Music Office says the sci-fi adventure film "The Veil" will shoot scenes in Oklahoma City and feature many of the state's parks and natural areas.

Set in a war-torn land, "The Veil" tells the story of a warrior who tries to free himself to join the princess of a foreign tribe in hopes of creating a new world together.

Oklahoma City native Brent Ryan Green will make his feature-length directorial debut with the film. Green and Jeff Goldberg are producing "The Veil" together. They have produced four short films previously under Green's production company Toy Gun Films.
