COMANCHE COUNTY, Okla._ A Comanche County man wanted on an outstanding warrant was arrested Tuesday and may have been connected to an early morning burglary.
Comanche County Sheriff Kenny Stradley said deputies went to serve the warrant at a county home--and that it didn't take long for them to realize they had actually walked into a stack of evidence.
"As they walked up to the house, they noticed some property that was put on the list in this morning's burglary. We did some investigating and identified it was something that was taken in the burglary," said Comanche County Sheriff Kenny Stradley.
Deputies continued to search for the suspect after they didn't find him at his home. Deputies said minutes later they spotted the suspect driving by in a vehicle that had also been seen in the area of the burglary. Deputies pulled him over on Carlson Road between 135th and 150th Street. The man was arrested. He was not identified.
