Seven more people agree to plea deals in connection with major drug ring

Amarillo, TX - Seven more people have now agreed to plea deals in connection with a major drug ring busted in Amarillo in September.

Traci Ramos, Jessie Herrera and Miguel Carrasco each face up to 40 years in prison and a five million dollar fine for charges of distribution of methamphetamine.

Curtis Gonzales faces life in prison and 10 million dollar fine for distribution of a controlled substance, and Shannon Harris faces just 20 years and a one million dollar fine for distribution of cocaine.

Thiraphon Vongphrachanh faces life in prison and a 250 thousand dollar fine for possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

And Conrad Nava faces five years and a 250 thousand dollar fine for operating an illegal gambling ring.
