APD investigates Toot 'n Totum robbery

Amarillo, TX - The Amarillo Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that happened Wednesday, December 18, at the 1500 S. Washington Toot 'n Totum store.

The employee reported a male suspect entered the store armed with a small black handgun, came to the counter and demanded money. The employee put the contents of the register drawer into the sack.

The suspect then left the store and ran south.

He was described as about 5 foot 7 with a very slim build, wearing a black or dark colored hat and hooded shirt.
