Third Home Invasion Suspect in Court

STEPHENS CO., Okla_ The third suspect in a brutal Stephens County home invasion has made his initial court appearance.

Andrew Travis saw the inside of a Stephens County courtroom this week after being arrested in Colorado in November. He faces numerous charges for assault, burglary and conspiracy with a bond set for $2.5M. He's accused of breaking into a Comanche couple's home, tying up the wife and shooting the man twice.

John Oxford and Winston Walters are also accused in the crime. Authorities say they stole money and guns from the home, one of which turned up in a Walters drug bust in November.

Travis' preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 29 at 9AM.
